During the roasting process, fine whole tea leaves are infused with the scent from fresh jasmine flowers then hand-rolled into individual "pearls" to lock in the delicate aroma. Long the favorite tea of China's capital, Beijing, jasmine tea is like a cool evening after a warm spring day - refreshing, aromatic and always pleasing. For Steeping: use water at boiling temperature to release the scent locked in the jasmine pearls. Steep for 1-2 minutes. Re-steep up to four times.
