Fujian Province
Grown in Anshi, Fujian province, on hilltops in a landscape
of winding mountain streams, gentle breezes and ideal humidity.
The tea is picked in the spring at elevations over 3000
feet. The leaves are partially fermented then hands shaped
with licorice coating to take on the shape of pebbles. When
brewed, the resultant amber liquor emits a sweet aroma and
provides a delicious aftertaste. Use spring water at boiling
temperature and may be brewed for 2 minutes.
